Start a project

by Vegas City, building immersive experiences since 2018

Start with the date and the idea, not a specification. Tell us when it has to be live, what it has to do and who it is for, and we will tell you what is possible in the time. The form is short, and sending it commits you to nothing.

What happens next

This is the sequence from here. Each stage ends with something in writing, so you always know what has been agreed and what comes next.

A first conversation — About the date, the idea and the audience. Not a pitch, and not a brief: if you have a deck, bring it, and if you have a paragraph, that is enough.

A scoping conversation — We come back with the shape of the build — what it would contain, what it would connect to, and what we would leave out to hold the date — and we say plainly whether the idea and the date fit.

A fixed proposal — One document: what we build, what it costs, when each stage lands and what sits outside it. The numbers stop moving at that point.

The full sequence, and what we need from you at each stage, is on How we work.

The form

Seven fields. The one that matters most is the date, because it is the thing we can answer against.

What happens to your data

What you send goes to the team who would do the work, and is used to reply to you. It is not sold or passed to anyone else, and it does not put you on a mailing list. The detail — who holds it, how long for, and how to have it removed — is in the privacy policy.

Not ready to enquire

Two things you can do without talking to anyone. Partyverse is the flagship world on the platform, and it opens from a link: partyverse.io. Work is the record — the case studies, what was asked for, what was built, what happened, and a source you can open.
